Yes. The easiest way to do this is to use the OhioLINK and SearchOhio services, which allow Kent State students, faculty, and staff to request books and other items free of charge from university libraries and public libraries throughout the state of Ohio. OhioLINK searches items held at public universities in Ohio. SearchOhio searches items held at public libraries in Ohio. To request an item, click on the green "Request" button in OhioLINK or the "Request this title" link in SearchOhio.

If an item is not available through OhioLINK or SearchOhio, you can place a request with the library's Interlibrary Loan office, and the ILL staff will attempt to locate a copy of the item that can be borrowed.
