Yes, they are a reliable source for articles. Emerald is a publisher that manages over 300 journals along with other scholarly products. The about page also explains that articles that appear in their journals go through a double-blind peer review process.

As to the Kent logo at the top pf the page, access to Emerald Insight is provided through the university which is why the logo is shown on their website.
