If you are looking for a specific article, you should start with the Journal Finder. Search for the title of the journal or magazine (not the title of the article) in order to find out what type of access Kent State offers. If Kent State has access to the journal, you could find a list of the electronic databases that include the journal and/or  the Kent State campuses that have the publication in print or on microfilm. Once you have entered a database that has the publication for which you are looking, either navigate to the particular issue that you are seeking or perform a search for the title or author of the article. Those specific procedures vary across different databases.

If you are looking for articles with information on a specific topic, but not a specific article, you should use our electronic databases to perform a subject or keyword search. Links to databases organized by subject can be found at the Databases by Subject page.
